Never a pleasant experience with this Gas Station, the guy that drives Dwhite Toyota always closes the Gas Station whenever he wants. The hours say they are open, but he closes early every day when he works. Find somebody to work that actually respects the hours of operation

This is one of the few reviews I’ve written. I was so appalled at the way I was treated I thought that I was dreaming. This location was my stop after a 10 hour drive, so I figured that I could use the restroom and continue my trip. I walked to and asked if there was a restroom and a woman named SABRINA looked straight past me and said “no you have to wait until shift change” no eye contact, no apologies, just an attitude. I quickly walked back to my car and searched for another gas station close by. I couldn’t find one so I had no choice but to wait. When I did come in there was another employee who graciously allowed me to use the rest room. Before I entered I did ask him her name (as they were standing side by side) and he told me it was Sabrina to which she IMMEDIATELY said “don’t be telling people my name”. I found that absolutely disgusting because if she would have been a kind employee, she wouldn’t have had an issue sharing her name. I have lived on the west side of Bridgeport, Connecticut since I was 4 years old and I have never encountered anyone who was that rude and callous. It makes me sad because she truly doesn’t embody what this location that has been standing for

Should be zero stars. Came to get gas on my way home and wanted to pay cash. 2 employees inside store refused to ring me and multiple other customers out because of a shift change that will take 20 minutes. What kind of business that claims to be open all night, has a shift change that turns away customers and refuses to take transactions. Will never return to this gas station. Absolutely terrible business practices, and a seriously rude employee
